Well I have to say, the Cobb salad I bought for lunch was amazing, even if I didn't get to eat it till 4!! (never a good idea to go that long between meals) for dinner tonight I made homemade Mac and cheese with whole grain pasta shells, greek yogurt and sharp cheddar, these amazing pineapple bacon sausages from Costco, and brussel sprouts (spinach for the kids). It went over very well and I had a cup of green tea for dessert. I went to derby practice, felt old and fat then had a protein bar and a shower. Just wanted to give you specific updates on the rest of my day/night. Hope you all are fighting the good fight. Happy eating!
