Labels

This morning I slept late so instead of being able to make breakfast and lunch to take to school, I ran to safeway to get a few things. As I'm looking at the salads in the deli I gravitated toward the Cobb salad, then I thought, "nah, the Asian salad probably has less calories" but to my surprise the Asian salad has 100 MORE calories than the Cobb. That's including the dressing! Coulda fooled me! So to start my day I had a foccacia breakfast sandwich with only half the bread, and I caved and got a Starbucks energy drink cause I have chemistry lecture first thing this morning :-) for a snack I will have an apple, and for lunch the Cobb salad :-) I'm thinking I will make a large batch of crockpot oatmeal with steel cut oats, tvp, protein powder and mixed berries so I have a quick and ready breakfast in the morning before school.
