Carbo load

So last night I decided to skip derby practice because today is going to be long and hard.... I gave body conditioning at 830, chem lecture at 10, zumba at 1 and off skates training at 6. So last night I went to bed at 11. Thus morning I am having a large bowl of oatmeal to start my day and will eat a banana with a protein shake after body conditioning, and a large salad before zumba.... Not sure what's for dinner yet, I'll let you know. Happy eating :-)
