Some times its tedious and annoying, but tracking your intake really gives you perspective. Last night I feared putting my dinner into my food tracker and was actually pleasantly surprised at the results. My boyfriend decided to spoil me and take me out to red lobster. I did go over my intake for the day, but only by 11 calories... I'll take it! Lol eating out doesnt mean your going to go over your intake, and it most certainly doesn't have to be only on a cheat day (even though I feel like it was a cheat day.)
