The weekend is over and its monday agai..... Wait.... It's TUESDAY!! J/k I took an extended weekend... Well, more like my body decided I needed to be in a coma yesterday. Anyways, I will most likely not post on the weekends because there is too much going on in my life and too much gooood food on the weekends. But here we go again on this journey. Got up thus morning, felt highly unmotivated, ate a good breakfast went to my body conditioning class (still unmotivated) but I got it done and I'm glad I did. Just a little food for thought, when you feel unmotivated get up and go anyway, get off the couch, out of bed, just move. How do you motivate yourself when you feel down?
